Il padrone delle ferriere is a 1959 Italian-Spanish historical melodrama written and directed by Anton Giulio Majano. Released in Spain as Felipe Derblay, the Italian-language film adapts Le Maître de forges, the 1882 novel by French writer Georges Ohnet.

The cast is led by António Vilar, Virna Lisi and Wandisa Guida, supported by Evi Maltagliati, Ivo Garrani, Susana Campos, Dario Michaelis, Guido Celano and Mario Girotti. Running roughly 110 minutes, the picture brings the emotional narrative of Ohnet's novel to the screen in the tradition of period melodrama.
