Ho! is a 1968 French-Italian crime film directed by Robert Enrico. It was adapted from José Giovanni's 1964 novel of the same name, with Enrico sharing screenwriting duties with Lucienne Hamon and Pierre Pelegri. Jean-Paul Belmondo headlines the cast, alongside performers such as Joanna Shimkus and Dominique Zardi. Running about 95 minutes, the picture belongs to the wave of hard-boiled European crime cinema of the late 1960s, a period in which Belmondo became strongly associated with tough, charismatic roles. On its release in France, the film drew more than 1.7 million admissions, making it a solid commercial success. It was also circulated internationally, appearing in Italy under the title "Criminal Face - Storia di un criminale".
