Poison Ivy (Gecenin Ucunda)
Gecenin Ucunda, known internationally as Poison Ivy, is a Turkish romantic drama series that ran on Star TV from 5 October 2022 to 25 April 2023. It was produced jointly by TMC Film and Âlim Yapım, directed by Barış Erçetin, and written by Başar Başaran and Emre Özdür.
The story centres on Macide, a woman who fails to find happiness in her working life and instead devotes herself to healing others; on her journey of self-discovery she is tested by love and drawn into a world she has never encountered before.
Neslihan Atagül and Kadir Doğulu head the cast, joined by Tuba Ünsal and Sarp Levendoğlu. The series lasted a single season, closing with its 26th episode.
