Et ta soeur
Et ta soeur (also rendered as And Your Sister?) is a 1958 French comedy directed by Maurice Delbez and produced by Gaumont. Written by Pierre Apesteguy and running about 75 minutes, the picture is headlined by veteran stars Pierre Fresnay and Arletty, with a young Jean-Claude Brialy among the leading players. Its supporting ensemble features familiar faces of the period's French cinema, including Jacques Dufilho, Jean Tissier, Annie Fratellini, Gérard Darrieu and Jacques Herlin. The film belongs to the light, polished comic tradition typical of French filmmaking of the late 1950s, and it remains one of director Delbez's best-known credits. The title translates literally as And Your Sister?, reflecting the playful tone of the production.
