Emmanuelle 2

Emmanuelle 2 (original French title: Emmanuelle: L'antivierge) is a 1975 French softcore erotic drama directed by Francis Giacobetti and starring Sylvia Kristel. A sequel to the 1974 film Emmanuelle, it is the second installment in the long-running series and loosely follows the plot of Emmanuelle Arsan's original novel. The screenplay was written by Bob Elia and Giacobetti.

The score was composed by Francis Lai. The supporting cast includes Umberto Orsini, Venantino Venantini and Catherine Rivet, while Laura Gemser appears briefly as a masseuse before headlining her own "Black Emanuelle" series of erotic films. Released in the United States as Emmanuelle, The Joys of a Woman, the film was followed by Goodbye Emmanuelle in 1977.
