Twist of Fate (Baht Oyunu)

Baht Oyunu is an ARC Film production combining drama with romantic comedy that reached Kanal D audiences on June 15, 2021, under the direction of Serdar Gözelekli. The show ran for a single season, closing out with its seventeenth episode on October 12, 2021.

At the center of the story is Ada, raised around the notion that a woman can only find happiness by marrying the very first man she ever loved. Just as Ada resolves to break free of that idea, the young man she once gave her heart to walks away from her. A new man who enters her life afterward stirs her feelings all over again, leaving Ada torn between two conflicting pulls.

Aytaç Şaşmaz, Cemre Baysel, İdris Nebi Taşkan, and Aslı Sümen headline the cast of the show, which was shot in Istanbul and picked up seven nominations at the 47th Golden Butterfly Awards.
