Back Long Age (Back Long Ago) (translated)

Back Long Ago (Spanish: Allá lejos y hace tiempo) is a 1969 film co-produced by Argentina and the United States, directed by Ricardo Becher. The screenplay by George Sherry Zabriskie was adapted from the autobiographical work of the same name by Guillermo Enrique Hudson, and filming took place in the city of Pilar, Argentina.

Although shot in 1969, the film was never released, because the translation and editing entrusted to the American producers were never completed. The principal performers included John Foster, Anna Bradley and Barry Van Kleek, with Cihangir Gaffari and Alfredo Plank also among the cast. Another adaptation of the same novel was directed in Argentina by Manuel Antin in 1978.
