Avare Aşık
Avare Aşık is a 1970 film made as a co-production between Türkiye and İran. It was directed by Hulki Saner, remembered for the musical films and comedies he shot with the celebrated singers of the era. The leading roles are taken by Erol Büyükburç, one of the best-loved names in Turkish popular music, alongside Nasır Melek. Belonging to the most prolific years of Yeşilçam, the production stands as an example of the co-production tradition that Turkish cinema built with neighbouring countries.
