A Demon in My View

A Demon in My View — released in Germany as Der Mann nebenan — is a 1991 German thriller film based on Ruth Rendell's 1976 novel of the same name. It was directed by Petra Haffter, with a score composed by Pino Donaggio. Shot in German and set in London, the film was among the last films made by Anthony Perkins, who takes the lead role; his character is said to echo his most famous screen part, Norman Bates from Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho. Uwe Bohm also appears in the cast.
