Özgü Kaya — Biography
Born in Istanbul on February 5, 1996, to a family originally from Esme in Usak province, actress Ozgu Kaya trained at the Istanbul University State Conservatory. She made her screen debut in 2017 playing Sibel Yilmaz in the Kanal D series Adi Efsane, and went on to appear in Mehmetcik Kut'ul Amare and as Sevda Egilmez in Kimse Bilmez.
She reached a wide audience playing Turkan Kalender in the 2022 series Uc Kiz Kardes, then took on the role of Deniz Dervisoglu in the Cappadocia-set 2024 drama Guzel Asklar Diyari, directed by Mahsun Kirmizigul. Starting in September 2025 she played the lead character Doctor Gonul in the TRT 1 series Cennetin Cocuklari, before leaving the production along with several other cast members in March 2026.
Alongside acting, Kaya has also drawn attention for her singing, and her long-running relationship with singer Murat Dalkilic has made her a frequent subject of celebrity press coverage.
