Nurseli İdiz — Biography

Nurseli İdiz (born Nuran Nurseli Çamlıbel; October 6, 1960, Istanbul) is a Turkish theatre, film and television actress. She studied theatre at the Ankara State Conservatory and archaeology and art history at Hacettepe University, and began her stage career in 1981 at the Ankara Sanat Tiyatrosu.

She appeared in films from 1987 onward, including Gece Yolculuğu (1988), Çözülmeler (1994), Kahpe Bizans (2000), Şarkıcı (2001), Mumya Firarda (2002) and Güneşi Gördüm (2009). She became widely known to television audiences as Süreyya in the series Kınalı Kar (2002), which also drew attention in the Arab world in dubbed form.

In later years she acted in series such as Şöhret, Ömre Bedel, Zehirli Sarmaşık (2011), Harem (2012), Yalan Dünya and İlişki Durumu: Karışık (2015), and in the films Yol Arkadaşım (2017) and Allah Yazdıysa Bozsun (2022).
