Melis Naz Öztaş is a Turkish actress born in Istanbul on February 23, 2007. Stepping in front of the camera while still a child, Öztaş continues her acting work alongside her secondary-school education.

Öztaş's first known screen work was the historical series Diriliş Ertuğrul, which began airing in 2014. In the production, broadcast on TRT1 and directed by Metin Günay, she brought the character named Nea to life.

In the series, which had a large cast, she appeared alongside actors such as Aslıhan Güner, Ayberk Pekcan, Aysun Demir, Burak Hakkı, and Barış Bağcı, as well as young cast members of the production such as Arda Anarat and Batuhan Karacakaya. This role, taken on at a young age, helped establish Melis Naz Öztaş's name as a child actress.
