Melik Dadashev — Biography
Malik Yusif oghlu Dadashov was an Azerbaijani stage and film actor, born on 7 June 1924 in Baku and died on 2 December 1996, also in Baku. He trained at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts.
He became known chiefly for playing villainous characters, including Gamlo in the film Son Geçit and Molla in the film Yaramaz. He was named a People's Artist of the Azerbaijan SSR in 1974 and received the State Prize of the Azerbaijan SSR in 1986, alongside the title of Honored Artist of the Azerbaijan SSR and the Order of the Badge of Honour.
