Born Bettie Marie Hatcher on 2 June 1942 in Oklahoma City, Maree Cheatham is an American film and television actress. She built her reputation through work on daytime serials, holding recurring parts on General Hospital, Search for Tomorrow, and Days of Our Lives across several decades. From 2013 to 2014 she played Nona on the Nickelodeon sitcom Sam & Cat. Her film credits include Meleğin Sırları (Labor Pains), Evlilik Öpücüğü (A Night at the Roxbury), and Black Eye. Over the course of her career she appeared in roughly seventy television productions, making guest appearances on shows such as Gunsmoke, The Nanny, The West Wing, Desperate Housewives, and Hot in Cleveland.
