Jale Aylanç — Biography
Jale Aylanç (23 March 1948, Istanbul - 7 July 2020, Ankara) was a Turkish stage, film and television actress who also worked as a voice artist. She died at the age of 72 and was buried the following day at Karşıyaka Cemetery in Ankara; her death was widely reported in the Turkish press.
Trained in the theatre, she combined stage work with a long screen career. Her film credits include Kırlangıç Fırtınası (1985), Düttürü Dünya (1988), in which she played Gülsüm, and Unutursam Fısılda (2014), released internationally as Whisper If I Forget.
On television she appeared as Kumru in Hayat Türküsü (2006), as Makbule in the 2016 series listed internationally as Wounded Love, and as Lemide in the 2017 production known as First Kiss.
