İlkay Kayku — Biography

İlkay Kayku Atalay was born on November 14, 1972, in Kastamonu. She completed her undergraduate studies in the Department of Russian Language and Literature at Ankara University's Faculty of Languages, History and Geography, and later earned a master's degree at Bahçeşehir University.

She began her acting career in 2009 with the series Deniz Yıldızı, then appeared in Behzat Ç. Bir Ankara Polisiyesi and played the character Şerife in the film Kuma. She reached a wide audience playing Sevgi Kayacan Ayaz in the series Beni Affet, broadcast on Star TV, and later also appeared in the series Ramo.

More recently, she has returned to the spotlight with her portrayal of Fidan Albora in the series Uzak Şehir, with Turkish media frequently covering both her Kastamonu roots and her fit appearance.
