Emre Üçtepe — Biography

Emre Üçtepe is a Turkish actor born in Tokat in 2007. Stepping in front of the camera while still a child, Üçtepe has carried on his acting work alongside his schooling, continuing his education at the secondary-school level.

The young actor began his on-screen journey with commercials, appearing in a commercial made for Turkish Airlines. He had his first acting experience in film with Başarmalısın, which was his first work in a feature-length production.

The production that introduced Üçtepe to a wide audience was the series Diriliş Ertuğrul, which began airing in 2014. Directed by Metin Günay and broadcast on TRT1, the period drama saw Üçtepe play the character Osman Gazi as a child. The large cast of the series, led by Engin Altan Düzyatan, included names such as Aslıhan Güner, Ayberk Pekcan, Burak Hakkı, Ali Ersan Duru, Aysun Demir, and Birand Tunca.

The interest generated by Diriliş Ertuğrul, which was also broadcast in many countries outside Turkey, carried the young actor's fame abroad. According to press reports, Üçtepe was met with intense interest from young viewers following the series in Ethiopia.
