Dilan Telkök — Biography

Dilan Telkök was born on 16 September 1995 in the Adapazarı district of Sakarya. She spent part of her childhood abroad, moving with her family first to the Netherlands and then to Belgium to complete her primary and secondary schooling, during which she learned German, English and Flemish. After returning to Turkey she graduated from the Department of German Language and Literature at Sakarya University, taking up acting training alongside her studies.

She made her screen debut in 2015 as Elif in the series Muhteşem Yüzyıl Kösem, then appeared in Evlat Kokusu and played Ece in Nerdesin Birader. In 2019 she took on the roles of İrem in the TRT series Halka and Betül in Güvercin.

That same year she got engaged to and soon married actor Berkay Hardal; the couple's son was born in the autumn of 2024. They came through a serious car accident unharmed in late 2025, and in the spring of 2026 announced they had left their life in Istanbul behind for a rural home in the Köyceğiz district of Muğla.
