Asiye Dinçsoy — Biography

Asiye Dinçsoy was born on 22 March 1979 in the Söke district of Aydın and completed her theatre training at Yeditepe University. Working across stage, film and television, she made her name through film projects in the latter half of the 2000s.

Alongside widely seen productions, she has appeared in festival films such as Saç (2010), Yozgat Blues (2013) and Snow and the Bear (2022), and took part in the 2025 film O da Bir Şey mi.

Also known for interviews in which she has spoken about how solidarity among women changes the atmosphere on a film set, she continues her work on the theatre stage.
