Anıl Altan — Biography
Anıl Altan was born on 29 May 1990 in Istanbul and graduated from the Geophysics Department of Kocaeli University. After a spell working as a model, he turned to acting and trained under Burak Aksak and Bahar Kerimoğlu at the Akademi 35 Buçuk art school.
He stepped into acting with the 2012 series Arka Sıradakiler. Two years later he took part in the productions Boynu Bükükler and Kaderimin Yazıldığı Gün. In 2017 he played the role of Volkan in the crime series Çember, broadcast on Star TV, appearing alongside Pelin Akil, Serhat Kılıç and Barış Bağcı.
In his personal life, Altan married his fellow actor Pelin Akil in 2016, and the couple had twin daughters together. They separated in 2025.
