Ali Yoğurtçuoğlu — Biography

Ali Yoğurtçuoğlu is an actor who moved from the theatre stage to television and film and is known for his humour and energy. He is best known as Serkan Demir in Benim Tatlı Yalanım and as Seko in Çöp Adam, and in 2026 he appears in the TOD family comedy Baş Başa.

He graduated from the theatre department of Ankara University's Faculty of Languages, History and Geography in 2009. His stage work won him the Afife Theatre Awards prize for best supporting actor in 2018. His screen career began in 2012 with the role of Barış in Küçük Hesaplar. He then appeared in the series Bana Artık Hicran De, Kara Kutu and İçimdeki Fırtına, and a character named Hayri in Jet Sosyete. In cinema he appeared in films such as Behzat Ç. Ankara Yanıyor, Zaman Makinesi 1973, Polis Akademisi Alaturka, Olanlar Oldu and Cingöz Recai.

In 2019 Benim Tatlı Yalanım and Öldür Beni Sevgilim brought him a wider audience. 2022 was a busy year: he appeared in the film ANKA, played Uluç in the Disney+ series Dünyayla Benim Aramda and Seko in Çöp Adam. In the following years he also acted in the films Hava Muhalefeti, Sevmek Yüzünden and Gelin Takımı.
