Ecem Baltacı est née en 1992 à İstanbul.
Après une formation d'actrice, Ecem Baltacı a fait ses premiers pas dans sa carrière en incarnant le personnage de Hanife dans la série O Hayat Benim.
Elle a ensuite rejoint la distribution de la série Umuda Kelepçe Vurulmaz, diffusée sur Fox Tv, et a interprété le beau personnage d'İdil.
