Zeynep Tuğçe Bayat — Biography

Zeynep Tuğçe Bayat was born on 8 February 1990 in Mersin. After graduating from Marmara University's Faculty of Law, she turned to acting, gaining early stage experience as both an actress and assistant director at private theatres in Istanbul while also studying theatre at Anadolu University's State Conservatory.

According to SinemaTürk, she began her acting career with the series Yıldız Masalı and went on to appear in productions such as Gönülçelen, Ah Neriman, Çilek Kokusu and Seviyor Sevmiyor, as well as playing Yaprak in the 2017 film Şansımı Seveyim. She reached a wider audience in 2019 through her roles as Targun Hatun in Kuruluş: Osman and Ceyda Aran in Afili Aşk.

Bayat is married to actor Cansel Elçin, and the couple have a son named Atlas.
