Yusuf Kasal — Biography
Yusuf Emre Kasal (born 20 May 1988 in Schweinfurt, Germany) is a German-Turkish former professional footballer and current coach. A midfielder, he holds both Turkish and German citizenship.
During his playing career he appeared for clubs such as 1. FC Nürnberg, Jahn Regensburg, Waldhof Mannheim and Denizlispor, and spent the later part of his career with TuS Mechtersheim.
After retiring as a player he moved into coaching, and since January 2026 he has been head coach of Rheinlandliga side SV Rot-Weiss Wittlich.
