Yunus Emre Konak — Biography
Yunus Emre Konak (born 10 January 2006 in Batman) is a Turkish professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder. Having come through the Sivasspor youth academy, the 1.81 m midfielder signed for Premier League club Brentford in January 2024.
Seeking regular first-team football, Konak was sent on loan to English second-tier side Oxford United for the remainder of the season in January 2026. He has also represented Turkey at under-21 level, and by the summer of 2026 he had drawn transfer interest from several Süper Lig clubs, including Trabzonspor.
