Yiğithan Güveli — Biography

Yiğithan Güveli was born on 16 May 1998 in the Derince district of Kocaeli, Turkey, and plays as a centre-back. He made his first-team debut on 30 November 2016 in a Turkish Cup match against Gençlerbirliği, scoring in the 24th minute of that very game, and went on to make his Süper Lig debut on 3 June 2017, starting against Adanaspor on the final matchday of the 2016-17 season.

In the winter of the 2017-18 season, a move from Fenerbahçe to Sparta Rotterdam, then managed by Dick Advocaat, was reportedly agreed in principle, but the Dutch club pulled out after Güveli suffered an injury in a Turkish Cup match against İstanbulspor; he subsequently underwent surgery in late 2018. He later played for Altınordu, and currently continues his career with TFF Second League club Isparta 32 Spor.
