Yiğit Emre Çeltik — Biography

Yiğit Emre Çeltik is a midfielder who came through the Bucaspor and Altınordu youth systems, played in the Netherlands and Poland, and now plays in the Süper Lig. He joined Kayserispor in September 2023. He has also been part of Turkey's under-15, under-16, under-17 and under-19 national teams.

He signed his first professional contract with Altınordu and made nine appearances in the TFF 1. Lig in 2020-21. On 27 July 2021 he moved to Fortuna Sittard, with Altınordu receiving 50 per cent of any future sale fee. His first professional match for the Dutch club came in the KNVB Cup. On 12 February 2022 he was loaned to the Polish I liga side Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała, for whom he played 13 matches and scored once. On 8 July 2022 he joined Podbeskidzie permanently on a four-year contract, and he left by mutual consent on 28 July 2023.

Once a free agent, he agreed a deal with Kayserispor in September 2023, and the transfer was confirmed in the middle of that month. In December 2025 an injury ended his season early. He was born on 7 April 2003 in İzmir.
