Yeliz Acar — Biography
Yeliz Açar, born on 19 December 1997 in Istanbul's Fatih district, is a defender in women's football. Although born in Turkey, she represents Azerbaijan at international level; earlier in her career she played for Turkey's women's under-17 national team before switching allegiance to Azerbaijan's senior women's national team.
At club level she has featured for several Turkish Super League sides, and in July 2025 she transferred to Beşiktaş, where she has played ever since.
