Yelda Reynaud — Biography
Born Yelda Kaymakçı on 17 January 1972 in Vienna, Yelda Reynaud is a Turkish-Austrian stage and film actress. She began her career in the late 1990s, drawing early attention for her role as Hülya in the 1998 film "Yara" (The Wound).
Through the 2000s she appeared in landmark Turkish films including "Mud", "Istanbul Tales" and "Gece 11:45", and became widely known for playing Aliye in the television series "Parmaklıklar Ardında". She also featured in the 2007 films "Yaşamın Kıyısında" and "Ölümle Dans", and later returned to the screen in the 2020s with "İki Gözüm Ahmet" and its follow-up "İki Gözüm Ahmet: Sürgün".
With a career spanning more than two decades, Reynaud has worked across both Turkish and international productions, establishing herself as a recognizable link between Turkish and Austrian cinema.
