Uğur Rıfat Karlova — Biography
Uğur Rıfat Karlova (born 2 August 1980 in İzmit, Turkey) is a Turkish-Taiwanese stand-up comedian, actor, television host and writer, known in Taiwan by his Chinese name 吳鳳 (Wú Fèng).
Educated at Ankara University, he moved to Taiwan to continue his studies at National Taiwan Normal University. What began as a study stay turned into an entertainment career, and he gradually became a familiar face on Taiwanese television.
Based in Taiwan, he performs stand-up comedy, hosts TV programmes and appears in films and series, building a reputation as a cultural bridge between Turkey and Taiwan. He holds both Turkish and Taiwanese citizenship.
