Uğur Kavuk — Biography
Uğur Kavuk is a retired Turkish footballer who played as a right-back. The Zonguldak-born defender spent the best-known part of his career at Sivasspor, where he was team captain, and was referred to in the press as "en kral sağ bek" (roughly, the best right-back).
At club level he first played for Antalyaspor. When his contract there ended on 31 May 2009, he signed a two-year deal with Sivasspor on 19 June 2009, and he left that club, whose captain he had become, in June 2013. He moved to İnegölspor in 2014 and ended his career at the İzmir club Ödemişspor.
In 2007 he was called up to the Turkey A squad for the friendly against Brazil on 5 June, but did not play in that match.
