Uğur İnceman — Biography

Uğur İnceman was born on 25 May 1981 in Aachen, Germany, and built his playing career as a midfielder holding both German and Turkish citizenship. Standing 1.83 m, he turned out for German clubs Alemannia Aachen and Greuther Fürth as well as Turkish sides Beşiktaş, Konyaspor, Manisaspor and Antalyaspor, plus spells with Roda JC Kerkrade in the Netherlands and St. Pauli in Germany, before leaving his final club Eskişehirspor in 2020. He also represented Turkey at under-21 and senior national team level.

After retiring as a player, İnceman moved into coaching within the Turkish Football Federation's national-team setup; in statements made in late 2025 and early 2026 he spoke of aiming for the finals with his squad, and in spring 2026 he visited Arsenal's academy in England.
