Ufuk Budak — Biography
Ufuk Budak (born 26 May 1990 in Heidenheim an der Brenz, Germany) is an Azerbaijani professional footballer of Turkish descent who plays as a left-back. Standing 1.80 m tall, he holds German, Turkish and Azerbaijani citizenship.
Budak began his career in Germany with SC Freiburg and SSV Ulm 1846 before moving to Turkey in 2012 to join Eskişehirspor. He later played for Gaziantepspor and Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyespor, then signed for Boluspor in 2018, Altınordu in 2019 and Bursaspor in 2021.
At international level he chose to represent Azerbaijan, appearing for the country's under-21 and senior national teams.
