Tuğçe Melis Demir was born on February 11, 1994, in Ankara, and completed her education at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Dokuz Eylül University.
Her athletic career centers on ice hockey: she captained İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor, playing in both defense and forward positions, and also represented Turkey's national ice hockey team.
She first became widely known through Tv8's Survivor competition, hosted by Acun Ilıcalı, appearing as a contestant in the 2017 season; in 2026 she returned to the show as a member of the Yellow Team.
