Tuğba Altıntop — Biography

Tuğba Altıntop was born in Adana on 15 December 1976. After finishing high school she trained in graphic design and, in 1996, was crowned winner of the Miss Turkey pageant; that same year she became the wife of singer Rafet El Roman. She stepped back from modelling after the wedding and had two daughters, Su Elnur and Şevval Su, with him before the couple divorced in 2003. She went on to take small television and film roles, and in 2007 launched a recording career with the album Sana Söylüyorum.

She returned to music with the single Yana Yakıla in 2013 and the album La La in 2016, while continuing to act, including a role on the show Kurtlar Vadisi Pusu. A dog attack in 2022 left her with facial injuries. Although the marriage ended long ago, she and her ex-husband have since been seen together at their daughters' birthday celebrations, showing a friendly relationship years on.
