Tolga Özgen — Biography
Tolga Özgen is a goalkeeper who spent many years between the posts in Turkish football. Starting out in Ankara, he went on to guard the goals of a number of clubs in Anatolia and Istanbul, with Kasımpaşa the team he is most associated with.
He began in the Gençlerbirliği youth system. In 2000 he moved to İnegölspor and in 2003 transferred to İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor. He spent the 2005–06 season on loan at Giresunspor and Kasımpaşa, and Kasımpaşa signed him permanently in 2006. In later years he also wore the shirts of İstanbul Başakşehir, Elazığspor and Gaziantep FK. A contract with one club was terminated in July 2012, and in August 2013 he returned to Gaziantep. His last club was Adana Demirspor.
