Tolcay Ciğerci — Biography
Tolcay Ciğerci (born 24 January 1995 in Nordenham, Germany) is a Turkish-German professional footballer who plays as a midfielder. Born in Germany, he has represented Turkey at youth international level.
His career has taken him between Germany and Turkey: after playing for VSG Altglienicke, he signed for Samsunspor in January 2022, parting ways with the club in July of the same year.
Ciğerci later joined Energie Cottbus, where his brother Tolga Ciğerci also signed in February 2026. In May 2026 the two brothers played a major part in the historic club's promotion to a higher division.
