Real Playing Game

Real Playing Game, also known as RPG, is a 2013 Portuguese science fiction film shot in English and directed by Tino Navarro and David Rebordão. Navarro also produced the picture and worked on its screenplay. The cast is headed by Rutger Hauer, Soraia Chaves, and Pedro Granger, with Nik Xhelilaj among the supporting performers. The film premiered in Portugal in August 2013.

The plot follows Steve Battier, an elderly millionaire facing a terminal illness. A company called RPG offers him, for an enormous fee, the chance to live again inside a young body. Ten wealthy clients from around the globe are transferred into youthful bodies for ten hours, but the game's ruthless rule means one participant must die every hour. Thrilled to feel young again, Steve will do anything to keep his new body, discovering that what seems real and what is actually lived are not always the same.
