Noor

Noor is a 2012 French-Turkish co-production drama, written and directed jointly by Guillaume Giovanetti and Çağla Zencirci. Running roughly 78 minutes, it is a road movie following a young Pakistani khusra (a transgender person) who wants to live an ordinary life as a man.

The film screened at a number of international festivals, where it was well received by critics. Its dialogue is primarily in Urdu and Punjabi.
