Honolulu Baby
Honolulu Baby is a 2001 Italian comedy film written and directed by Maurizio Nichetti, who also takes a role in front of the camera. Shot in Italian and running roughly 91 minutes, it counts among Nichetti's feature-length works from the beginning of the 2000s. The ensemble cast gathered around him includes Maria de Medeiros, Jean Rochefort, Giulia Weber, Renato Scarpa, Massimo Wertmüller, Giovanni Lombardo Radice, Francesco Pannofino and Marián Aguilera. The picture opened in Italy in 2001 and later circulated abroad under various localized titles. With Nichetti handling both direction and screenplay duties on his own, the film is regarded as one of the entries in his body of contemporary Italian comedy work from that period.
