Full Contact

Full Contact is a 2015 Dutch–Croatian drama film written and directed by David Verbeek. Shot in Croatia with dialogue in English and French, it runs 105 minutes.

Told in two parts, the story follows Ivan, a French pilot who operates drones over the Middle East from a base in Nevada. After striking a building believed to hide a terrorist, he learns the target was actually a school for boys; the second half examines the trauma that follows and questions what remotely waged modern warfare does to the person pulling the trigger. Grégoire Colin stars as Ivan, alongside Lizzie Brocheré, Slimane Dazi, Alain Blazevic and Robert Jozinović. The film had its world premiere in the Platform section of the 2015 Toronto International Film Festival.
