For Honor

For Honor is a 1956 Soviet Armenian film directed by Artashes Hay-Artyan. Adapted for the screen from Alexander Shirvanzade's stage play, it is a melodrama depicting the tragedy that befalls a family consumed by an obsession with honor and reputation.

Produced by the Armenfilm studio, it stars veteran Armenian stage actor Hıraçya Nersesyan.
