Delirious

Delirious is a 2006 independent comedy-drama written and directed by Tom DiCillo. Steve Buscemi plays Les Galantine, a neurotic New York paparazzo dreaming of the one career-making shot nobody else has managed to capture. Michael Pitt co-stars as Toby Grace, a homeless young man with acting ambitions who becomes Les's unpaid assistant and gets his first glimpse of the celebrity world.

When Toby falls for famous pop singer K'harma (Alison Lohman) and rises to reality-show stardom himself, their bond is put to the test. A social satire about friendship, identity and tabloid journalism, the film earned DiCillo best director and best screenplay honors at the San Sebastián Film Festival, as well as a Special Jury Prize at the 2007 Istanbul Film Festival.
