Cruise for the Unknown One
Cruise for the Unknown One (original title: Croisière pour l'inconnu) is a French comedy film released in 1948. Pierre Montazel directed the picture and also penned its screenplay, making it his debut as a feature-film director. The story was brought to the screen from G. Vidal's novel L'aventure est à bord. Shot in French and running roughly 90 minutes, the film is led by Claude Dauphin. Its ensemble also features Albert Rémy, Henri Crémieux, Albert Michel, Danièle Delorme and Noël Roquevert. Celebrated comedian Louis de Funès shows up briefly in an uncredited bit part.
