Akdeniz Korsanları

Pirates of the Mediterranean is a 1950 Turkish adventure film written and directed by Kadri Ögelman. It was produced by Turgut Demirağ.

Set in the 15th century during the Ottoman Empire, the film is set against the backdrop of the clashes between the Ottomans and the Knights of Malta. The story revolves around the love that the sailor Davut falls for Maria, whom he meets on an enemy ship he has captured. The cast includes Refik Kemal Arduman, Necdet Mahfi Ayral, and Kadir Savun.
