Tayfur Bingöl — Biography
Tayfur Bingöl is a Turkish footballer born on 11 January 1993 in the Çankaya district of Ankara, standing 1.80 m tall and playing mainly at right-back. He came through the Gençlerbirliği academy, appeared for the club's Hacettepe feeder side, and was promoted to Gençlerbirliği's first team in 2012.
Loan spells followed at Bandırmaspor in 2013-14 and then at Adana Demirspor and Alanyaspor, where he stood out for his goal and assist contributions. He transferred to Göztepe in 2016, spending three seasons there and helping the club earn promotion to the Süper Lig. He returned to Alanyaspor in 2019, had a loan spell at Bursaspor, and produced his most productive season yet in 2021-22.
He joined Beşiktaş on loan in 2022 and signed permanently the following year, scoring his first European goal against Bodø/Glimt in the Conference League. He won the Turkish Cup with Beşiktaş in the 2023-24 season, was loaned to Eyüpspor in 2024, and signed with newly promoted Süper Lig side Kocaelispor in the summer of 2025. He has represented Turkey at under-20 and under-21 level.
