Tarık Tufan — Biography
Tarık Tufan (born 5 June 1973 in Istanbul) is a Turkish writer, screenwriter and journalist. He attended Kabataş Boys High School in Istanbul. His literary work focuses mainly on social drama and romance themes.
In cinema he wrote the screenplays for Uzak İhtimal (2009), Yozgat Blues (2013) and Anons (2017), also working as a producer. His literary output includes novels such as Gece Açan Çiçekler. He regularly meets his readers at book fairs and literary talks across Turkey.
