Silvino João de Carvalho — Biography
Silvino João de Carvalho (born 20 May 1981 in Araripina, Brazil), commonly known as Jabá, is a Brazilian former professional footballer who played as a forward. He also holds Turkish citizenship.
He began his Turkish career with Ankaraspor in 2004, where he played until 2007, and then represented Ankaragücü between 2007 and 2009. He later moved to Antalyaspor and became a free agent when his contract expired in May 2012. In 2014 he returned to the Azerbaijani club Baku.
Standing 1.65 m tall, Jabá was known as an effective forward despite his short stature, and after his playing days he also became involved in coaching.
