Sevgi Uzun — Biography

Sevgi Uzun is a Turkish professional basketball player, born on 25 November 1997 in Istanbul, who plays in the point guard position. Standing 1.75 meters tall, she has represented clubs abroad as well as leading Turkish teams over the course of her career, and has also featured for the Turkish national team.

Uzun spent a long stretch of her career with Fenerbahçe before leaving the club in the summer of 2026 to sign a two-year deal with Galatasaray Çağdaş Faktoring. She is regarded as one of the notable names in Turkish women's basketball, known for her playmaking and floor organization.
