Serpil Barlas (1953, Istanbul – 19 February 2021, Istanbul) was a Turkish singer and actress. Some sources give her year of birth as 1957.

Also known by the name Serpil Dikmen, she was remembered as one of the well-liked voices of Turkish pop music and appeared as an actress alongside her singing career.

Her death in Istanbul in February 2021 was widely covered by the Turkish press; she was laid to rest after a funeral ceremony held on 22 February 2021.
